Idea Cellular Limited

We’re located in Apartment 112 at the New Surya Kiran building. It’s over in I P Extension, which is right on the edge of Delhi and Haryana. Being in an apartment building makes it feel a bit different than a standard shop, but it works for Idea Cellular Limited. We’ve got our desks set up and we handle all the mobile phone business from here. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes finding the right unit, but once people get here, it’s pretty relaxed. We don't have any big signs or flashy lights. It’s just a place where we handle the paperwork and technical stuff for the cellular service. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so we see a lot of the same faces. We don't have a fancy reception area. You just walk in and talk to whoever is free. Delhi is always noisy, but up here in the apartment, it’s a bit quieter. We just focus on the tasks at hand. Whether it's sorting out a connection issue or helping someone with their account, we just get it done. There’s no big corporate vibe here. We’re just regular people working in a regular room. It’s been our base for a good while now. We keep things simple and try not to overcomplicate the day. Sometimes we have to wait for the elevator, but that's just part of being in this building. It’s our little corner.
