Icici Bank

Our branch is located right at 100 Upkar Apptt in Mayur Vihar Phase 1. It’s a busy part of New Delhi, and being in an apartment complex makes it feel a bit different than a big office building. We have been here for some time now. Most of our day is spent helping people with their savings accounts or looking at their statements. The local residents know us by name mostly. It is nice being in Phase 1 because everything is close by. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in the lobby, especially at the start of the month when everyone gets their salaries. We just keep working through the pile of forms. The 110091 pin code area has a lot going on. We see a lot of families and retired folks who have lived here forever. It’s not a very quiet place, but it has a good energy to it. We drink a lot of chai during the day to stay sharp. Dealing with banking stuff can be tedious sometimes, but we just get on with it. It’s a decent place to work and the neighbors are usually friendly enough. We don't have a lot of space for big signs or anything, so you just look for the apartment building. Just a normal group of people working at Icici Bank. We try to keep the chairs clean and the fans running. It is just a basic office where we do our daily tasks for the people living in Mayur Vihar.
