Icici Bank Credit Card Division

We are located on the second floor at E 166 in Preet Vihar. Being the credit card division, things stay quite busy around here. We are right near the Durga Mandir, which is a big landmark for anyone trying to find us. Delhi heat can be tough on this floor, but we have some fans and a unit that keeps us going. Our daily routine is mostly looking at credit card applications and checking through documents. There is a lot of paper moving across our desks every single day. We are not doing anything glamorous, just making sure the numbers match and the names are spelled right. Sometimes the printers jam or the internet goes slow, and we just have to deal with it. We eat our lunch together at our desks most of the time because there is always more to do. It is a simple office with old files and a lot of staplers. You can hear the sounds from the street and the Mandir during the day. We have been in this Preet Vihar spot for a while now and we know the tea seller downstairs pretty well. We do not have any fancy mission statements on the wall, just a calendar and some reminders for deadlines. It is hard work, but it is what we do. We just want to get the cards processed so people can go about their business and use their credit as needed.
