We are over at C 230 in the Eastend Apartments. This is Mayur Vihar Phase 1 Extension here in Delhi. It's a pretty quiet spot for an office, being inside a residential complex and all. Most days it is just us handling the day-to-day stuff that comes with being Ibm. You know how it is in Delhi, the traffic outside is always a bit much, but once you get inside the apartment gates it calms down. We have been in this part of town for a bit now. Sometimes the elevators are slow or the guards at the gate ask a lot of questions, but we manage. It’s not a fancy corporate glass building, just a regular space where we get our work done. People usually find us easily enough if they know the Mayur Vihar area. We don't have big neon signs or anything like that. Just the address 110096 on the mail. It is a practical setup for the team. We spend a lot of time on our computers and talking to folks. It gets the job done without too much fuss. Being part of the local neighborhood feels okay. Sometimes we grab tea nearby. It’s a straightforward way to run things. We are just a group of people working together in this flat turned office. Nothing more to it than that. We keep things moving and try to stay organized in the middle of all the Eastend activity. Hopefully, the power stays on today.
