Our office, Ht Media Pvt Ltd New Delhi, is tucked away in Ganesh Nagar at house number D 337. It's in the 110092 part of the city. If you know New Delhi, you know that Ganesh Nagar is one of those places where every street looks a bit like the next one, so you have to keep your eyes peeled for the house number. We’ve been operating from here for a while now. It’s not a big skyscraper or anything like that. It’s just a regular building where we’ve set up our desks and equipment. We do media work, which means a lot of hours spent looking at screens and making sure things are right. The street outside can get a bit loud with the bikes and the vendors, but inside we just focus on what needs to be done. We don't really do the whole corporate culture thing with long meetings about nothing. We just talk to each other across the room and get it finished. Most of us live close enough that we don't have a huge commute, which is nice for everyone. We have a small space, but it’s enough for our team. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but that’s not really a priority right now. We’d rather just stay busy with the work at hand. It’s a practical, local business setup for people who just want to work hard and go home. We aren't trying to be fancy or impress anyone with big speeches. We just keep our heads down.
