We’re located over in Pandav Nagar, specifically at C 113, Flat No 16. If you’re looking for us, we’re right opposite the Mother Dairy in Patparganj. Everyone knows that Mother Dairy, so it makes us pretty easy to find. This Hsbc Bank branch is a bit unique because of the way it's set up in the building. It feels more like a home-office than a big cold institution. We have our regulars who stop by after getting their milk across the street. I’ve been here a few years now, and the pace is usually steady. We handle a lot of the local banking needs for the families around here. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when too many people come in at once, but we manage. We don’t have a big corporate lobby. It’s just desks, chairs, and our computers. We spend a lot of time on the phone or helping people fill out their transfer slips. Delhi 110092 is a busy area, but our little corner stays pretty grounded. We drink our chai, do our work, and try to help anyone who walks in with a problem. It’s not a fancy life, but it’s our daily routine. If you see Flat 16, that’s where we are, right there in the middle of the neighborhood hustle. We don't mind the noise from the street, it makes the day go by faster.
