Hewitt Associates

Hewitt Associates operates out of House No 216 in Parshav Vihar, which is in the IP Extension area of Patparganj. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it feels very grounded and local. We aren't in a big glass skyscraper; we are in a house that we’ve converted to fit our needs. There is a certain charm to working in a place like this. You get to know the neighbors and the security guards at the gate quite well. Inside, the rooms serve as different departments, which can be a bit funny if you think about it too much. We’ve been here in Delhi 110092 for a good while, and the office has a lived-in feel to it. The floors are a bit worn in places and the furniture is a mix of things we’ve picked up over the years. It isn’t perfect, but it is comfortable and it works for us. We don't have a big HR department or a fancy cafeteria. Usually, we just sit in the kitchen area or at our desks when we take a break. The street outside is usually lined with cars, and there’s always something going on nearby. It’s an honest way to work, being right in the middle of where people live. We just show up, do our tasks, and go home like everyone else.
