You can find us over at A-251 in New Ashok Nagar. Being in this part of Delhi means there is always a lot of movement outside our door. The office is situated in a busy residential and commercial mix, I mean. We get a lot of walk-ins from people living nearby. They usually bring their policy papers or ask about payments they need to make. We have a couple of desks set up with old computers that sometimes take a while to start. The space isn't huge, so we have to be careful about where we stack the boxes of files. In the mornings, we usually spend time updating the records and answering phone calls from clients. The traffic noise is just a constant background sound for us now. We take turns going out for tea in the afternoon. It’s a very plain office without any fancy furniture or decor. We just focus on getting the paperwork processed for the people who come to us with their insurance needs. Sometimes the neighborhood gets a bit crowded, making parking a bit of a headache for visitors. We’ve seen many changes in New Ashok Nagar over the years, but we’ve stayed right here. It’s a simple life working in this office. We do the filing, talk to the people who come in, and make sure the entries are correct in the system. It’s just a regular workplace where we try to keep things running as smoothly as possible despite the daily chaos of Delhi life.
