We are located at 270 G Pocket 2 in Mayur Vihar Phase 1. This part of Delhi is always moving, and our spot here is right in the middle of it all. Most days start pretty early when the doors open and people from the neighborhood start dropping in. You see a lot of the same faces every week since we are tucked into the residential pocket. It’s not a huge fancy building, just a regular space where the paperwork gets done and the computers keep humming. Sometimes the line gets a bit long in the mornings, but that’s just how it goes in this part of town. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the printer acts up or the internet is slow, like anywhere else. The staff here mostly knows the local shortcuts to get to work because the traffic on the main road can be a real headache. It’s a 110091 zip code area, so it’s fairly central for people living nearby. We spend our time counting, checking IDs, and making sure the ledgers match up at the end of the shift. It is a lot of routine stuff, really. We have some chairs for people to wait, though they fill up fast on Mondays. It isn’t anything too special to look at from the outside, just a door and a sign, but we are here every day except Sundays and holidays. That is pretty much what goes on at this Hdfc Bank Ltd branch.
