Growyourtraction Llp is located in Gali No 2 in the Krishna Puri area of Mandawali. It is a bit of a walk from the main road, but we have gotten used to the narrow lanes and the sounds of the neighborhood. The office is basically just a few rooms where we have set up our desks and computers. It is not a flashy place with a big lobby or a receptionist. Usually, one of us just opens the door when someone knocks. We have a small corner where we keep the kettle for tea and some biscuits. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but they do the job for now. We spend most of our day right here, typing away and talking about what needs to be finished by evening. Fazalpur is a busy spot, and there is always something going on outside our window, whether it is kids playing or someone moving goods on a cart. We do not have any corporate slogans hanging up. We just focus on the work and try to keep things organized. Sometimes the office gets a bit cramped when the whole team is in, but we manage by shifting chairs around. It is a very practical setup. We know the local shops for when we need a quick snack or some pens. It is just a regular office for regular people, nothing more. We do not have fancy meetings, just honest daily work.
