If you have ever been to Vikas Marg, you know how crowded it gets near Shakerpur. Our office, Global Karma Consultants LLP, is right there in the Satyam Building at U-136. It’s a busy building with lots of different shops and offices. We spend most of our time inside these walls dealing with all the consulting work that comes our way. It’s not always organized perfectly, but we manage to keep things moving. The stairs can be a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens more often than we’d like. We’ve got a few desks pushed together and some old filing cabinets that have seen better days. It is loud outside because of the traffic on the main Vikas Marg, but you get used to the honking after a week or two. We aren't trying to be some huge corporation with fancy slogans. We are just a group of people who know a thing or two about business and try to help out others who come through our door. Lunch usually means grabbing something from the stalls downstairs. It’s a bit messy sometimes, especially when we have a lot of files piled up, but we know where everything is. Being in East Delhi suits us just fine because it’s where we live and where we understand the people. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people doing their jobs.
