If you find yourself in Laxmi Nagar, you know how packed it gets. We are at N-48, right in the middle of all that New Delhi 92 energy. Global Consultants is located in one of those buildings where you really have to look for the door. Once you get inside, it’s a bit calmer, but not by much. We have desks piled with papers and phones that don't seem to stop ringing. It’s a recruitment and consulting office, so there are always people coming in for interviews or just asking about open positions. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are too busy to deal with that right now. We have a small pantry in the back where we make some pretty strong tea. It helps when we have to stay late to finish up the paperwork. The street noise is constant, but it becomes background music after a few days of working here. We aren't a big fancy firm with a glass building. We are just a local team trying to help people find their next career move. It’s honest work and it keeps us on our toes. If you're coming by, the landmark is the big electronics shop on the corner. Just head down the lane from there and you’ll find us. It’s a bit messy, but that's how we know we're busy.
