Genpact

Our place is at D 302 in the Taj Enclave, which is over in Geeta Colony. Genpact is a pretty well-known spot in this part of Delhi. The building is an enclave, so it feels a little more tucked away from the main chaos of the streets, but you can still hear the city all around us. We’ve been in this unit for a long time. The walls are covered with calendars and some old photos, and the shelves are overflowing with folders that we probably should have archived years ago. It’s a bit cramped when we have a full crew in, but it makes for a lively atmosphere. Genpact doesn't have a big corporate sign or a lobby with a fancy couch. If you come to see us, you’re basically walking right into where the work happens. The lighting isn't the best, and one of the windows rattles when the wind picks up, but we like the character of the place. We’re just regular people working in Geeta Colony. We walk to the local shops for our breaks and know the regulars at the nearby stalls. It’s an honest way to spend the day. We don't put on any acts or try to seem bigger than we are. We just handle our business at D 302 and head home like everyone else when the day is done. It's just Genpact being part of the neighborhood.
