Genpact

Our office is located at 78 Kurmanchal Niketan, Plot No 115 in Patparganj. New Delhi is a huge place, but this little section of 110092 is where we spend our days. It’s a residential-style building, so it feels quite familiar and relaxed compared to the big parks. We don’t have those long hallways or elevators you find in the corporate centers. We just walk in, sit down at our desks, and get to it. The work we do here is mostly behind-the-scenes stuff for Genpact. We handle a lot of data and communication tasks throughout the week. It’s the kind of work that requires some focus, and being in a quieter spot like Patparganj helps with that. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait for the generator to kick in, but that’s just how it is in this part of Delhi. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea and chat during our breaks. It’s a very human way to spend the workday. We’ve been at this plot for a while, and we know the other people in the building by name. It’s not a fancy setup, just a group of people trying to keep things running. We don’t need anything flashy to do a good job. We just show up, do what’s required of us, and head home at the end of the day. It’s a steady routine that suits our team well.
