Genpact

Preet Vihar is a busy part of East Delhi, and that’s where you’ll find us at 33 D Block. It’s a decent area, fairly easy to get to once you know the turns. We’ve been operating Genpact out of this New Delhi 110092 location for a stretch, and the building has its own little quirks. The stairs are a bit narrow, and the lighting in the hallway is sometimes a bit dim, but once you’re inside the office, it’s just a standard workspace. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with expensive furniture or modern art on the walls. It’s just a place where the work happens. Usually, the mornings are spent catching up on emails and planning out the rest of the shift. The afternoon sun hits the windows on one side of the block pretty hard, so we’re always fiddling with the blinds. We have a mix of people here, some who’ve been with us for years and others who are just starting out. We don’t really do big meetings or long speeches. Most communication happens over the desks or while waiting for the kettle to boil. It feels like a small community inside D Block. When the workday ends, we usually filter out into the streets, looking for a quick snack or heading straight to the metro. It’s a plain, honest way to spend the week, just keeping up with the daily tasks.
