You can find us on the 3rd floor of A 330 on Main Buddha Marg in Mandawali. It’s a busy stretch of road in New Delhi, and being on the third floor gives us a bit of a view of the street life below. Getting up the stairs is our morning exercise since there isn't always a reliable lift in the building. The office is a bit compact, but we’ve arranged the desks to make the most of the space we have. We do a lot of the heavy lifting for Genpact India’s administrative side from this location. It’s often noisy outside with the traffic on Buddha Marg, but we’ve grown used to the hum of the city while we work. The walls are a bit plain and we have stacks of paper everywhere, but everyone knows exactly where their things are. We don’t have a big fancy sign, just a small one by the entrance. The team here is small and we all pitch in with whatever needs doing, whether it’s fixing a printer or sorting out a new batch of documents. It’s not the kind of place you see in brochures, just a real office where people work hard. We usually order in lunch from the local dhabas when we’re too busy to go out. It’s a simple, no-nonsense environment where we just focus on getting the job done before the day ends.
