Genpact Analytics

Our office is over in Mayur Vihar Phase 1, specifically in Pocket 4 at 54 F. It’s a pretty standard part of the city for us to work in. We’ve been here for a bit now, just handling the analytics side of things. The building itself is nothing special to look at, just a place that fits our needs for now. We have a few rooms where we keep all the equipment and the files we need. It gets a bit cramped when everyone is in the office at the same time, but we manage to make it work. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it feels a bit more relaxed than the busy city center. There are some trees outside our window, which is nice when you need to look away from the computer screen for a minute. We don't have any fancy signs or a big lobby to greet people. We just focus on the numbers and the data we have to process for the day. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a weird clicking noise, but we’ve gotten used to it over the months. We aren't trying to be the biggest or the loudest place in the area. We just want to get through our list of things to do each day. The people who work here are mostly locals who know the area well. We share a laugh sometimes, but mostly it’s just quiet work. It’s a simple setup for a simple purpose, and that suits us just fine for the time being.
