We are based out of 292 Gagan Vihar in Delhi as part of the Frost And Sullivan India Pvt Ltd team. It’s a very busy neighborhood and honestly, finding a decent parking spot in the morning can be a real headache for those of us who drive to work. The office is tucked away in this part of the city, and it’s been our main home for a good while now. Inside the rooms, it’s a bit cramped with all the desks and old files stacked up, but we make it work just fine. It’s the kind of place where everyone knows everyone else’s business because we’re all sitting so close together throughout the day. Delhi weather is always a big topic of conversation here, either it’s far too hot in the summer or way too cold in the winter, and we’re always fiddling with the air conditioning units to get the temperature right. We don't spend any money on fancy signs or expensive modern furniture. It's just a regular workplace with regular people doing their jobs. We have a small tea stall just around the corner from the building where most of us go during our short breaks to stretch our legs and get some fresh air. The building itself has clearly seen better days, but it's sturdy and gets the job done. We mostly just keep our heads down and focus on the tasks we have in front of us. Sometimes the internet is slow and we all complain.
