Franchisee Of Icici Bank Ltd

We are located at B 2 in the New Lahore area of Delhi. This is a franchisee office for ICICI Bank Ltd and we have been serving this part of Delhi for a good amount of time. New Lahore is a busy residential pocket, so we get a lot of local families coming in. The office is right on the ground level, making it easy for older folks to step in. We handle things like account openings, some document collections, and answering general questions about bank services. It is a functional space, not a luxury lounge. We have our desks, the computer systems, and a lot of stamps. Delhi gets very hot, so the air conditioner is usually struggling to keep up with the people coming in and out. We don't use any corporate jargon when we talk to our visitors. Most people just want to know how to get their work done quickly so they can go back to their day. We try to be as direct as possible. There is no mission statement hanging on the wall, just a calendar and some bank notices. We are just a small team of local people helping our neighbors with their banking. It is a straightforward job and we like the routine of it.
