Foremid Design Private Limited

Foremid Design is located in Patpar Ganj Village, which is right inside Mayur Vihar Phase-1 in East Delhi. It’s an interesting spot because you have the modern apartments of Mayur Vihar on one side and the old village lanes on the other. Our office is at 118/1. It’s not a huge space, but it’s enough for what we do every day. We mostly work on design projects, trying to help people make sense of their homes or office layouts without spending a fortune. Being in East Delhi, we get a lot of variety in the work we do. Some days it’s a tiny apartment, other days it’s a small shop in the market that needs a total rethink. We aren't a big corporate entity. It’s just a small group of us who actually care about whether a room feels right when you walk into it. The village area can get pretty crowded, especially during festivals or when the local market is in full swing. Parking is always a nightmare, so we usually tell people to take the metro and walk. We don't use a lot of fancy jargon. If a design looks bad, we say so. If it’s too expensive, we look for a cheaper way to do it. It’s a practical way of working that seems to suit the people around here. We’ve been at this for a while and we plan to stay put.
