Design Spa

Our office, Design Spa, is located at 305, C-15, Acharya Niketan. We are on the 3rd floor, which is a bit of a climb, but it keeps us away from the street level noise of Mayur Vihar Phase 1. We are quite close to the ICICI Bank, which is the easiest way to explain where we are to anyone visiting. Delhi 110091 is the area code. The name Design Spa might sound a bit different, but we are just an architecture and design firm. The 3rd floor gives us a bit of a view of the surrounding buildings in Acharya Niketan. It’s a pretty standard office building. We have our desks lined up and the usual office equipment. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, so the fans are always going. Most of our day is spent at these desks. We don’t have a receptionist or anything; usually, one of us just looks up when the door opens. Mayur Vihar is a busy residential and commercial mix, so there is always something happening. We’ve been at this Acharya Niketan spot for a while now. It’s a simple setup. We have shelves full of old project files and a few plants that we sometimes forget to water. It’s a real office where real work gets done, nothing more and nothing less. We just focus on the drawings and the site visits like everyone else.
