We’re located in the C-Block Market of Surajmal Vihar. It’s a nice little spot, actually. The market is always lively with people coming and going for their daily errands. Our office is right there in the mix. We handle things like door phones and security setups, so our shelves are usually full of boxes and different pieces of hardware. It’s not a sterile environment; there are usually a few wires hanging out or a demo unit being tested on a bench somewhere. We’ve been here for a bit and the locals know where to find us if they need help with their building systems. It isn’t a massive corporate headquarters, just a practical space where we can get the work done. The staff is small, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. Sometimes I'm answering the phone and the next minute I'm helping someone figure out a wiring diagram. The market outside can be a bit of a distraction, especially around lunchtime when the food stalls start smelling really good. We don't have a fancy cafeteria or anything, just a small corner for the kettle. It’s a straightforward business. We show up, help people with their security tech, and make sure the orders go out on time. It feels like a real part of the neighborhood rather than just an office building sitting on a map.
