Femmeza Corporation Llp is based over in Yojna Vihar in the Shahdara area. We’re on the third floor at B-206. It’s a decent spot in East Delhi, though the parking can be a bit of a headache if you come at the wrong time. We aren’t some big, faceless corporation despite what the name might sound like. We are just a small team working out of an office that’s usually filled with samples and coffee cups. Our day starts early and usually ends late, mostly spent looking over designs or talking to our partners. We don't have a fancy lobby or a bunch of slogans on the walls. We just focus on putting in the hours and making sure our garments are decent. The office is a bit lived-in, with papers stacked on corners of desks and things like that. It’s a real workplace, not a showroom. We like being in Shahdara because it feels like a real part of the city where people actually work for a living. We don't try to be something we’re not. There’s no corporate ladder here, just people helping each other out to get the orders finished. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business, and we’ve found that it works better for us than trying to act all polished and professional all the time. We just do the work and let the results speak for themselves without making a big deal of it.
