My Khushi Jeans

Our shop is located at IX /7096 in Guru Nanak Gali. This is right in the heart of Gandhi Nagar, so it’s always packed with people and fabric. We mostly deal with denim. You can usually hear the sound of sewing machines or the rustle of heavy cloth if you walk past. The space is filled with stacks of jeans in different sizes. We don’t have a fancy showroom with mannequins. It’s more of a warehouse feel where everything is piled up on shelves or in plastic bags. We’ve been in Guru Nanak Gali for several years now. The floor is usually covered in little bits of thread and denim scraps by the end of the day. We sweep it up every night, but it’s back again the next morning. It’s a small team of us working here. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just make clothes and sell them to whoever comes in. Gandhi Nagar is a tough place to get around sometimes because the alleys are so thin. But we like it here because everyone knows everyone else. We eat our lunch together in the back of the shop. If you’re looking for a polished corporate office, this isn’t it. We are just a local business making our way in the textile market one day at a time.
