Fabindia Overseas Private Limited is based out of 66, Samrat Appartments in Vasundra Enclave. Being in New Delhi 110096 gives us a specific kind of rhythm. Since we are in an apartment complex, it doesn’t feel like a cold, empty office building. It feels more like a place where people actually live and work together. We have neighbors who are just going about their day, and that keeps us grounded. We spend a lot of time in our space at Samrat Appartments dealing with the usual daily tasks. There is always some paperwork to sort or a phone call to make. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do. We just come in, sit at our desks, and get to it. Sometimes the elevators are slow, or the delivery man gets lost trying to find number 66, but that is just part of being in Delhi. We have a small team here, and we all know each other well. We don't have a mission statement hanging on the wall. Instead, we have a calendar and a clock. We focus on getting the day's work finished so we can go home to our families. It is a very practical way to run things. We are just a group of people in Vasundra Enclave doing our jobs the best way we know how. We keep the coffee pot going and keep our focus on the tasks.
