At Ernst Young, we are located in Room 19 on the 4th floor of A 142, which is the Kalra Hostel in Shakarpur. It’s a busy part of New Delhi, specifically in the 110092 area. Being in a hostel building is a bit different from a standard office, but it’s where we’ve set ourselves up. You have to climb a few stairs to get up to the 4th floor, but you get used to it after a while. The room isn't massive, but we’ve managed to fit everything we need to stay productive. Shakarpur is a crowded place with lots of energy and people always moving about. We’ve been here long enough to know all the local tea stalls and where to get a quick bite. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist at a big desk. It's just us in Room 19. We focus on our work and try to ignore the noise from the street below. It’s a very practical arrangement for us. We don't have any interest in sounding like a big corporation because we aren't one. We’re just people trying to do our jobs in a small space. The hostel environment is unique, and it keeps things interesting for the team. We’ve got our computers, our papers, and each other. That’s plenty to keep the business going every day. It’s a humble spot but it’s ours and it serves us well.
