We are Ernst Young Pvt Ltd and our office is at D 108 Anandlok Group Housing Society. That’s over in Mayur Vihar Phase I in New Delhi, 110091. It’s a residential society, so it’s quite different from a typical office building. We like the change of pace here. It’s usually quieter than the main roads. We share the space with the daily life of the society. You’ll see kids playing or people walking their dogs while we are inside working. Our unit is just a regular flat converted into a workspace. It’s got a kitchen and a small balcony. We mostly stay focused on our computer screens throughout the day. Mayur Vihar is a well-connected part of the city, which helps. Sometimes finding parking within the society can be a headache for visitors, so we tell people to plan for that. We don’t have a big corporate culture here. It’s more like a small team getting through the week. We have our routines, like tea breaks in the afternoon. It’s a very local feel. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with the decor. It’s practical and functional for what we do. Being in a housing society means we have to be mindful of the neighbors, so we keep things low-key. It's just a normal workplace in a busy city, and we just focus on finishing our work by the end of the day.
