If you come down to Preet Vihar Colony, look for Gate A and number 53. That is where Sushil K Chadha is based. It is a quiet residential area mostly, which makes for a decent place to work without too much noise from the main roads. The office is basically just a room with what we need to get through the day. We have been here for a bit, and the neighbors all know us. It is not one of those tall buildings downtown. It is just a regular spot in the colony. Sometimes the gate is a bit tricky to find if you are new to the area, but once you see 53, you are there. We mostly deal with local stuff. There is a small desk, a couple of chairs for visitors, and usually some blueprints lying around. We do not spend much on decorations because we are usually too busy with the actual work. It feels more like a home than a business sometimes, which we prefer anyway. The tea guy comes by twice a day, and that is usually the highlight of the afternoon. We do not have a big team or anything, just enough hands to keep the projects moving. It is a straightforward setup. No frills. We just do the work and try to stay organized. Preet Vihar is a nice place to be, and Gate A keeps us tucked away from the heaviest traffic. We have been at this for years and plan to stay right here at number 53 for a long time.
