Energy Efficiency & Controls

Our place is at R-18, 19, in the Dilshan Garden Industrial Area. Energy Efficiency & Controls has been operating out of these units for a long time. It’s a typical industrial setup with high ceilings and plenty of dust that seems to settle on everything no matter how much we clean. The area is always noisy with trucks and other workshops nearby doing their thing. We spend our days dealing with parts and looking over designs on the old wooden tables. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. The mornings are usually spent sorting through the mail and checking what needs to be shipped out. We have a small corner for breaks where the kettle always seems to be boiling. Some of the windows are a bit stiff to open, and the floor is concrete, which gets cold in the winter. We don't spend money on fancy signs or marketing stuff; we just focus on the stuff in front of us. Most of the people working at Energy Efficiency & Controls have been here since the start. We know the quirks of the building and which light switch needs a little wiggle to work. It’s a bit cramped sometimes when a big shipment arrives, but we manage. We just keep the wheels turning here in Dilshan Garden, day in and day out, without making a big fuss about it.
