Elite Managemnet

Our office is at 320 D JK Pocket in Dilshad Garden. If you know New Delhi, you know Dilshad Garden is a big place with lots of pockets and blocks, but we’ve been in 110095 for a long time. Elite Managemnet—and yes, that’s how we have it on the door—is just a small group of us working out of this space. It’s tucked away in a residential area, so it’s not like we have a lot of walk-in traffic from the street. We mostly deal with people over the phone or through messages. The office itself is pretty basic. We’ve got some old wooden desks and chairs that have seen better days, but they do the job. We don’t have a receptionist or a lobby with magazines. Usually, whoever is closest to the door opens it. We spend a lot of time looking at spreadsheets and coordinating things. Delhi can be very loud and crowded, but inside JK Pocket, it’s a bit more manageable. We just go about our business, making sure everything is handled the way it should be. It’s not a glamorous setup, but it’s where we feel at home. We’ve worked through summers where the AC barely kept up and winters where we had to wear our coats inside. It’s just how it is. We do our work and we stay out of the way, which seems to work for everyone involved here.
