Digital Desire

You can find us at C 55 in the Manas Apartments. We are based in the Mayur Vihar Phase I Extension area of Delhi. Working out of an apartment building gives our business a very different feel than a typical office park. It’s quiet most of the time, except when the neighbors are around. Digital Desire is basically a small group of us who enjoy working on digital projects. We don't have a big sign outside or anything flashy. Most people find us through word of mouth or by just knowing we are here in the complex. The space is filled with books, some old computers, and plenty of power strips. We keep the curtains drawn most of the day to keep the glare off the screens. It’s a cozy setup, maybe a little too cozy when we are all in at the same time. We usually take turns making tea or coffee in the small kitchen. It doesn't feel like a high-pressure office, which is how we like it. We focus on our tasks and try to stay out of the Delhi heat as much as possible. Being in the 110091 zip code is convenient because the metro isn't too far away. We’ve been here for a couple of years now and have gotten used to the rhythms of the building. It’s just a simple, honest place where we do our work and try to stay productive. Sometimes the neighborhood kids are noisy in the hallway, but we just turn up the music and keep going until finished.
