Dhv Global Engineer. is based at House No-161, Block No-25 in Trilok Puri. This is where we do all our planning and engineering work. It is a residential area, so we are right in the middle of the community. My office is a small room with a couple of desks and some old filing cabinets. We don't have a storefront on a main road, but people who need our help always find their way to us. I have lived and worked in this part of Delhi for most of my life. The work involves a lot of calculations and technical drawings. Sometimes I have to travel across the city to visit a project site, which can take hours in the traffic. But usually, I am right here in Block 25. The neighbors know me, and I see the kids playing in the street outside my window while I work. We aren't some global corporation with offices in every city. We are just a local operation doing engineering work for people who need it. It gets quiet in the afternoons, which is when I get most of my thinking done. Sometimes the power goes out, but we just wait it out or use a backup. It is a simple setup, and it works for us. We just keep our heads down and focus on the technical details of whatever project is on the desk. That is how we operate.
