We are tucked away in Gandhi Nagar, Delhi, at X 2998 in Lane 5 of Raghubar Pura. The pin code here is 110031. If you know this part of Delhi, you know the lanes are very narrow and always full of people and rickshaws. We do desktop engineering, which is really just a way of saying we fix computers and help people get their tech working again. Our shop is small and usually smells a bit like solder and dust. We have shelves filled with old keyboards, power cables, and random parts from machines we’ve taken apart over the years. It’s not a clean, white-walled service center. It’s a working shop where we spend our time hunched over open CPU towers. Some days it gets very loud outside with the shouting from the market, but we just turn on a small radio and keep working. We don't have a marketing budget or any fancy signs. Most of our customers are just people from the neighborhood who know us by name. We handle all sorts of problems, from broken screens to systems that just won't boot up. Sometimes a repair takes an hour, and sometimes we have to wait for a part to come in from another part of the city. We don't make any big promises, we just look at the machine and tell the owner what we can do. It’s just how we earn a living here in Gandhi Nagar.
