Our place is S 306 on the Ground Floor of the School Block in Shakarpur, New Delhi 110092. Deloitte Hakins Sells is the name, and we’ve been here for a while. Shakarpur is a really crowded and lively area, which is typical for this part of Delhi. The School Block is a bit of a tangle of lanes, but once you find S 306, it’s pretty quiet inside. Being on the ground floor is convenient because we don't have to deal with elevators or stairs all day. It’s a simple office. We have our desks, our files, and our computers. There’s a lot of activity in the streets outside, with vendors and people going about their business. It feels very connected to the local community. We aren't in one of those high-rise buildings in Gurgaon; we are right here in the heart of a busy Delhi neighborhood. Sometimes the noise from the street gets in, but we’re used to it. It’s a very honest sort of place. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations or a big sign. Most people who need to find us already know where we are. We just come in, do our work, and maybe grab some street food for lunch. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment that suits the way we work. It’s just our little corner of Shakarpur. We like the energy here, even if it gets a bit overwhelming at times. It’s home for us.
