Our office is tucked away in 7B Pocket F over in Mayur Vihar Phase 2. It’s a bit of a residential feel around here in this part of Delhi. Convergys India Services Pvt Ltd has been operating out of this spot for a while. We aren't in one of those huge corporate parks you see in Gurgaon. Instead, we are right here in the neighborhood. It’s actually nice because it’s quieter than the main roads. Getting here is pretty simple once you know which pocket to turn into. We handle a variety of service tasks throughout the week. The team is small but we’ve known each other for a long time. There is a small park nearby where some of us go for a walk when the weather isn't too hot. We don't have any fancy receptionists or big logos on every wall. It’s more of a functional space with some desks and the usual office stuff. Sometimes the tea guy is late, and sometimes the printer jams, which is just how it goes. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We just show up, do the work, and go home.
