We’ve been here at National Fibre Glass House for a while now, right near Shop No 19 in Janta Market. It’s a busy spot in Dallupura with a lot of noise. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with all the people coming for the 9Helmet Shop next door, but we like the energy. New Delhi is always moving, and being part of the Okhla Phase 2 crowd means we see a lot of different people every day. We handle the software side of things from this little office. It’s not a fancy glass building or anything, just a regular place where we get our work done. We started out small and stayed that way because it's easier to manage things when you know everyone’s name. The walk from the main road can be a bit dusty in the summer, but you get used to it after a week. Most people know us as the tech guys near the market. We don't spend much on advertising because the locals know where we are if they need anything related to Competent Software. It’s a bit cramped inside when we have everyone in at once, but we make it work. Usually, we're just focused on the screens and the keyboards, trying to fix whatever came in that morning. There is a tea stall just around the corner that makes decent chai, which helps on the long afternoons. It's just a normal workplace in a normal part of the city.
