We've been running Cofidential out of this spot in Mayur Vihar Phase III for a while now. If you know the area, we're right in the DDA LIG Flats, specifically at 139 H Pocket A 3. It is not some high-rise office building with a shiny lobby, just a regular flat where we get our work done every day. Delhi can be pretty loud and busy, especially around here, but we have grown used to the noise of the neighborhood. Most of the time it’s just us sitting at our desks trying to stay on top of things. We chose this location because it’s practical and easy to get to for the people who work here. It feels more like a small community than a cold business center. Sometimes the power goes out or the stairs get dusty, but that is part of being in an older residential block. We don’t really do the whole corporate thing with fancy titles and meetings that go on forever. We just come in, do what needs doing, and go home. The space is a bit tight when everyone is in, but it keeps us talking to each other. People sometimes walk past and wonder what goes on inside, but we’re just a small team keeping busy. It’s a simple setup and that’s really all we need to stay focused on the work. We've seen a lot of neighbors come and go, but we've stayed put right here in the flats.
