Over in Shahadra, tucked into the LIG Flats east of Loni Road, you’ll find where we operate. It’s a very local, residential feel around here, which suits us just fine. Being in East Delhi means things are always moving, and there is a certain rhythm to the neighborhood that you don’t get in the city center. Our office is basically just a flat that we’ve turned into a workspace. It’s got a kitchen where we make way too much tea and a main room where all the work happens. It’s not a polished environment by any means. There are stacks of folders on the floor and some old furniture that’s seen better days. We don't mind it, though. It feels real. Most of the people working here live nearby, so there is a lot of local talk and we know the shopkeepers downstairs quite well. We handle our private limited company affairs from this spot, dealing with whatever paperwork or client calls come our way. We don't use big words or try to sound more important than we are. We are just a small team trying to keep the business going in a tough city. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside and it gets loud, but that’s just part of life in the LIG flats. We don't have a mission statement on the wall. We just have a to-do list and a lot of determination to get through it every single day.
