Our office is situated at C-165 on the first floor in Pandav Nagar, Delhi. The pincode is 110092. Being in East Delhi, the neighborhood is quite crowded and the streets are narrow, but it has a lot of character. We are Cbre South Asia Pvt. Ltd. and we have been in this specific spot for a while now. The office is not very large. You have to walk up a flight of stairs that are a bit narrow to get to us. Once you are inside, it is just a normal workspace with a few tables and computers. It gets quite loud outside with the rickshaws and people calling out, but we just shut the windows and get on with our work. We deal with a lot of real estate and property paperwork every day. We do not have any fancy corporate decor or a big lobby. It is more of a functional space where we drink a lot of tea and try to stay on top of our tasks. The lighting is a bit dim in the hallway, but our main room is bright enough. We know the neighbors and the local shops where we get our stationery. It is a very down-to-earth place to work. We do not try to be anything we are not. We are just a group of people in Pandav Nagar doing our jobs and dealing with the daily rush of Delhi life as it happens around our little office floor.
