We have been around the Parshva Vihar area for a while now. Our office is located right at C 121 50 in IP Extension. It is a busy part of Delhi, and we spend most of our days here dealing with all sorts of property matters. Most people just know us as C B Richard Ellis India. We aren't a big fancy operation with lots of slogans or anything like that. It is just a few of us working out of this small space. We handle a lot of paperwork, talk to clients, and try to keep things moving along. The weather in Delhi gets pretty hot in the summer, so we are usually tucked away inside during the afternoons. Sometimes the traffic outside makes it hard for folks to find the building, but we are right there in the middle of the residential block. We don't do much in the way of advertising. People usually find out about us through word of mouth or if they live nearby and see the sign. The office is pretty basic, just some desks and computers and plenty of files stacked up in the corner. We deal with real estate stuff every day. It can be a lot of back and forth with different government offices. We just try to get the work done without making it more complicated than it needs to be. If you are in the 110092 zip code, you probably have passed our door at some point. We keep regular hours, though sometimes we stay a little late to finish things up.
