Capital Iq

We are Capital Iq and our office is at B 103 Maurya Appartment. This is on Plot No 95 in the I P Extension area of Delhi. The pin code is 110092. It is a typical apartment setup that we have turned into a workspace. Being in I P Extension means we are in a busy part of the city, but Maurya Appartment itself is a bit more settled. We don't have a big fancy lobby or a bunch of assistants. It is just us in room B 103 working on what needs to be done. We have our setup and it is functional for our needs. Capital Iq is the name we operate under, but we don't treat it like some huge company. We are just a few people trying to keep everything organized and moving forward. Sometimes the elevators in the building are slow or there is some maintenance going on, but we just work around it. It is a very grounded way to run a business. We like the neighborhood because there are plenty of places to grab a quick snack or a tea during the day. We don't have any grand statements to make. We just show up at Plot No 95 every morning and stay until the work is finished. It is a practical office for a practical team in Delhi. We keep to ourselves mostly and just focus on making sure the daily list gets finished.
