Bvi Hr Practices Ltd is over here in Nirman Vihar, right on Vikas Marg in Delhi. If you know this area, you know how hectic the traffic can get outside on the main road almost every day. Our office is at C 430, and it has been our base for quite a while now. We spend most of our time dealing with human resources stuff for different firms around the city. It is not always the most exciting work in the world, but it is what we know how to do. The building is a bit older, but it serves us fine for what we need. We have a small team here, and we usually start the day with a lot of tea and a long list of emails to get through. It is a busy part of Delhi, so there is always noise from the street, but you get used to it after a week. We do not have a receptionist in a suit; usually, you just walk in and one of us will look up from a computer to say hello. It feels more like a workspace than some polished corporate showroom. We handle a lot of different requests from people looking for work or businesses needing advice on their staff. Sometimes it gets stressful when a position needs to be filled immediately, but we just keep at it until it is finished. People often get a bit lost finding C block, but once they find us, it is usually a straightforward chat.
