Birla Sun Life Insurance

Our office for Birla Sun Life Insurance is on the 2nd floor at M 144 in Laxmi Nagar. If you know New Delhi, you know that Laxmi Nagar is one of the busiest places you can find. The climb up to the second floor can be a bit tiring when it is hot outside, but it is quieter up here away from the street noise. We have a small space with a few desks and some files that we keep in metal cabinets. It is a typical Delhi office where space is tight but we make it work. We handle all kinds of insurance work for people who live and work in the 110092 area. There is always someone coming in with a question or a document that needs to be filed. We use simple English to explain things and try to keep the process moving. The view from our window is just the tops of other buildings and a lot of tangled wires, which is just part of living in India. We have a routine of starting early and working through the files until the evening. Sometimes the internet goes down and we have to wait a bit, but we just use that time to catch up on other things. We aren't a big fancy operation, just a few people in a room trying to get the insurance work done correctly for everyone.
