You’ll find us at B 1 607 in Satyam Apartment, located in Vasundhara Enclave, Delhi. It’s mostly a residential area, so it feels quite different from a typical business district. We’re Bechtel India Pvt Ltd, and we’ve set up our workspace here. It’s a cozy spot, and since it’s in an apartment complex, it has a very homey feel to it. We don't have a big lobby or a security desk just for us. You just come up the stairs and knock on the door. Inside, we’ve converted the space into a functional office. It has everything we need to stay on top of our tasks and keep things organized. The view from the window is mostly other buildings and some trees, which is nice during the afternoon. We aren't trying to be something we’re not. There are no mission statements on the walls or motivational posters. We just have our calendars and our to-do lists. It’s a quiet place to get through the day’s work. Sometimes we hear the sounds of the neighborhood, like kids playing or people talking in the hallways, but it doesn't bother us. It makes the place feel more alive and real. We keep things informal and just focus on getting the daily chores done. It’s a relaxed environment where everyone knows their role. We don't bother with fancy language; we just say things as they are. It’s a solid, honest place to work.
