This office is actually inside Karishma Apartments in the IP Extension area of Patparganj. It’s flat number 35, so it feels a lot more like a home than a cold corporate building. We’ve set it up with all the necessary equipment for the bank’s business, but it still has that residential feel to it. It’s a bit quieter than a main road office, which is nice when we have a lot of data to enter. We don't have big signs or flashing lights outside. You just come into the apartment complex and find us. The space is a bit limited, so we have to be very organized with our files. We usually have a pot of tea going in the small kitchen area. It’s not a place for big meetings or fancy presentations. We just sit at our desks and get through the bank's requirements for the day. Most of the people living in the apartments are used to us being here by now. We try to be quiet and not disturb the neighbors. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do. We don't have a marketing team telling us what to say, so this is just the reality of our workday. We handle the accounts, talk to the main office when needed, and make sure the paperwork is sorted. It’s a very grounded way to work and we appreciate the quiet.
