This branch is located at 313 C in Ghazipur, which is a busy little corner of Delhi. We’ve been operating out of this space for some time, and it’s become a bit of a second home for those of us who work here. It’s a simple setup. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything like that writing this. It’s just one of the staff members typing this out on a break. The office has plenty of windows, so we get some light, even if the view is just the busy street and the neighboring buildings. We spend a lot of time on the phone or going through stacks of paper for the bank. It gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of visitors, but we make it work. We don't have a uniform or anything too formal, just decent clothes for a day at the office. The neighborhood is full of small shops, so finding a good snack is never a problem. We aren't trying to be the most modern office in Delhi. We just want to make sure the banking gets done correctly and on time. Sometimes we stay late to finish up the week's tallies. It’s just honest work in a practical environment. We don’t need a lot of bells and whistles to do what we do. It’s a basic office for basic banking needs, and that suits us just fine.
