We are located at D 51 Ground Floor in the Ganesh Nagar Complex. It’s right in Pandav Nagar, which is a busy spot in New Delhi. The name on the door says Barclays Bank Plc Sparsh Bpo Services Ltd. It’s a bit of a long name, but that’s who we are. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to just walk in off the street. We don't have to deal with elevators, which is a plus on busy days. The office is pretty standard. We have our computers, some filing cabinets, and the usual office furniture. It’s a BPO setup mostly, so there’s a lot of talking on phones and typing going on throughout the day. It can get a bit noisy when everyone is busy, but we’re used to it. The Ganesh Nagar Complex has a lot of different businesses, so there’s always something happening outside our windows. We’ve been here at D 51 for a while now. We don't spend much time worrying about how the office looks as long as everything is working like it should. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day. Pandav Nagar is a decent place to work. You have everything you need nearby. We just come in, do the work for Barclays and Sparsh, and then head home like everyone else in the city. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people like us getting things done.
