If you are looking for us, we are over at 119 Gagan Vihar Extension here in Delhi. It’s a busy little corner of the city. We’ve been operating out of this spot for quite some time, helping the local community with their banking needs. It’s not a huge place, but it gets the job done for the people living around the 110092 zip code. Most of our day is spent counting cash, updating passbooks, and helping older folks who aren't too sure about the digital stuff yet. We don't use any of those big corporate words. We just talk like regular people because that’s who we are. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when the street outside is crowded, but inside we just focus on the task at hand. Dealing with money is serious, so we try to be careful and honest with everyone who walks in. Whether it's a small deposit or a bigger issue with an account, we handle it one step at a time. It’s just a standard bank branch in a residential extension. No bells and whistles, just a desk, some computers, and people trying to help other people. We know the area well and like being the place where neighbors come to sort out their finances. It’s steady work and we are happy to be here in Gagan Vihar. We open the doors, help the people, and close up at night.
