Our branch is located right over at Anikanth Apartment in Vasundhra Enclave. It’s a pretty quiet spot most of the time, tucked away near Starrex International School. We get a lot of parents coming in after they drop their kids off or residents from the apartments nearby who just want to talk to someone face-to-face about their savings. Being in this part of New Delhi means we see the same people every week. It feels more like a neighborhood shop than a big bank branch sometimes. We handle the usual stuff like deposits, checkbooks, and fixing errors on statements. It isn't always perfect and sometimes there is a bit of a queue during the lunch hour, but we do what we can to get through it. The office is easy to find if you know where the school is. We try to keep things simple here without a lot of complicated talk. If someone has a question about an ATM card or a transfer, they just walk in and ask. It’s practical work. We’ve been part of the 110096 area for a bit and it’s nice knowing the locals. We aren't here to sell you things you don't need, just to manage the accounts and keep the money side of life running smoothly for the folks in Vasundhra Enclave. It is just about getting the job done correctly every day.
