We are based at B 9/18 in Krishna Nagar. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of houses and small businesses all packed together. Our office is part of that mix. We call ourselves a corporate catalyst, which basically means we help other companies get things moving or change how they do things. It sounds a bit fancy, but the work itself is mostly just sitting at desks and talking on the phone. We've been in Krishna Nagar for a while now and we know the streets pretty well. The office is a bit cramped because we have so many files and books everywhere. We don't have a cleaning crew or a chef; we just tidy up after ourselves and order food from the local spots when we are hungry. It’s a very hands-on way to run a business. We handle a lot of the administrative side for our clients, which keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. Sometimes we have to go out and meet people, but mostly we are right here at our desks. The neighbors are friendly and we've become part of the daily life on this block. We don't use big words to explain what we do; we just tell people we help businesses work better. It’s a small, local operation and we like it that way. If someone has a problem with their company structure or needs some help with planning, they find us and we sit down to talk.
